Creating Experiences that feel like home

Hey there! I’m Amanda the founder of Gathered Experiences. Gathered Experiences grew out of my love for meaningful moments and my belief that gatherings don’t need to be extravagant to be unforgettable. The real magic happens when people feel welcomed, seen, and cared for. That’s the thread woven through every event I design, from intimate celebrations to community-centered gatherings. My goal is always the same: create a space where people can breathe, connect, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

The Heart Behind Gathered Experiences

I’ve spent years curating my own home, routines, and celebrations around intention. Over time, I realized how much I wanted to extend that feeling to others. Planning events came naturally in noticing the details and the ability to create something beautiful and purposeful.

Gathered Experiences is a blend of everything that matters to me: creativity, wellness, community, design, and the belief that women deserve beautiful, supportive spaces where they can thrive. I love hosting, teaching, organizing, and designing environments that bring people together in a way that feels grounded and memorable.

What You Can Expect Working With Me

I’m thoughtful, calm, and organized, but I’m also human and warm, the kind of planner who will fix a crooked candle, manage your timeline, and remind you to drink water. My style is rooted in clarity, kindness, and intention. I like keeping things simple, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.

You’ll never feel rushed, confused, or lost in a sea of logistics. I guide you through the process with care, creativity, and a steady presence so you can actually enjoy the experience.

A Vision With Depth and Purpose

Gathered Experiences is just the beginning. My long-term dream is to build a greenhouse event center with a café, teaching kitchens, a yoga studio, glamping pods, and a space dedicated to girls and young women called Camp Linda, named in honor of my late mother. This business is part legacy, part love letter, part vision for a more connected, compassionate community.

A Few Things I Believe

  • Beautiful things don’t have to be complicated
  • Connection is an essential human need
  • Women thrive when given space to breathe and grow
  • Experiences matter more than perfection
  • Intention is the foundation of every good gathering
If you're looking for events that feel warm, thoughtful, and a little magical, I would love to create something meaningful with you.
